My cham just ate a silk worm that was in the bottom of the cage that had died aprx two days ago and potentaly could have had some mold on it. Is she in danger and is their anything I can do to help her if she is?

I can't get silkworms or hornedworms anywhere localy and I am also considering ordering my crickets online too. Dose anyone know of a "one stop shop" website where I could order all my feeders at once?
