    Buildup in eye

Hello, I'm making a thread because I've noticed my panther chameleon has some buildup within the eye and I've become worried. I take him out a lot now since it is getting warm out, and he frequently reaches out for branches even though there are none. Also he seems uninterested in food. Please...

    Chameleon went ballistic...

I dont really know how to explain what happened, but i was getting ready for bed, and my 6 month old Panther chameleon absolutely lost it. His lights were off, and suddenly, he began to run around his enclosure, falling and dropping off of everything. I had no idea what was going on, or how he...

    Update on My Friend Toby!

Hello again! Toby is now about 6 months old, and is already showing some amazing colors. Ever since his first shed with us, his color has just begin to pop, as well as the fact that he is crushing 8-10 crickets a day. He's grown a ton since i last posted some pics of him, so i thought id post...

    Frog Conversation

I caught my poison dart frogs looking like they were having a conversation at the waterfall this morning. They sat there looking at each other for a good hour, no exaggeration! I apologize if I posted this in the wrong area, but i thought it could be a funny thread. Comment some funny captions...

    Update On My Friend Toby!

It's been about two weeks since I got Toby from Chameleon Paradise, and he's doing great! He really doesn't eat anything besides crickets, which i find weird, but maybe he's a picky eater. He completely ignores the dubias and the super worms. Anyways, I made a post about my concern for his...

I wouldn't worry about it, my buddy does it once in a while throughout the day!

Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

I think I misread the temp. My infrared thermometer is reading anywhere from 82-92.

Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

Not always, he does it once in a while, then continues exploring the cage. He climbed out the tank unto me for the first time today, so I'm think I'm over thinking.

Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

My infrared thermometer is reading temps between 82-92 degrees (fahrenheit) in his basking area, so maybe i was a bit off on the numbers i put earlier

Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

Okay great thats good to know. Do you have a drip system? i was thinking about either purchasing one or increasing the time my mister is on. I dont think he is getting enough water and i never see him drink from the leaves.

Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

Okay, maybe ill start feeding him a few more a day. The part that worries me the most about him is that he sits still on branches for a majority of the day. Only moving to get his food, when i come to the enclosure, or when he wants to reposition himself. Besides that, he seems to sit still alot...
