Mine just hatched two days ago 2weeks shy of 9months they sat at about 75-80 i think do to house im livin in had no control. they sat inside some gladware containers full of vermiculite wich where in a regular picnic cooler. i did nothing for them weted verm stuck em in closet and checked them...
I believe you can get an adapter to go over your vent to send the draft in another direction across the floor so that it isnt blowing up at your cage. that way you still get the a/c but without the draft at the cage
Thanks for all the tips i am just tryin to find an easy way to gutlaod my wife makes juice all the time from fresh fruits and vegtables. and im gone all day quite often not able to feed feeders easy so just thinkin a fruit and vegatable crystal would be a real easy way to keep things gutloaded...
Maybe look into a drip system to help keep up with hydration. you dont want to get him to wet but you dont want him to dehydrate either. specialy if its getin that hot.
How old is he. Id give it a few days and see what happens both of mine can see the tv all day 70"tv and they are a month shy of two. They have been that way for the full two years.
when you say face down was he still hanging on to somthing and head was just in dirt or was he completely on the ground. im understanding it was just his head but thought id double check. was it extra cold there at all last couple nights i know it was here. you dont have any open windows around...
