    What type of live plants

You hit the nail on the head. I feel insulted because this person did not know anything about me, but he assumed I didn't know what I am talking about. If a person assumes the worst of anyone without reason it is insulting. Yes, if someone tries to say I don't know what I am talking about I am...

    What type of live plants

What he said to the OP is that they should look for someone with more experience without any idea of the amount of experience I have. When you jump to the conclusion that someone is without knowledge or experience you are flat right out being insulting. I have worked long and hard to obtain the...

    What type of live plants

When I am told to find someone that has more botanical experience than myself I find that to be insulting. How does this person have any idea of how much experience I have with plants or chameleons? I was not invited as guest lecturer to MO & Denver Botanic Gardens because I have no knowledge of...

    What type of live plants

As a person that has studied plants for 40 years, and as a person who has written many articles on the subject of botany for magazines I do not believe I need anyone's help on the subject. Thank you very much! I take your comment as an insult. When you find someone as well qualified and as well...

    What type of live plants

There are a variety of readily available plants that are suited for chameleons enclosures. Ficus benjamina, and the Hawaiian scheflera are the easiest to come by as plants with stems that are thick and woody. Pothos, palms, crotons, and draceanas are all easy to care for. Just don't let them dry...

Do You Need To Dust Hornworms?

We lightly dust all insects we give to the chameleons, it is not unusual for crickets to loose the calcium if they are not eaten the first day. But chameleons seem to eat things like horned worms quickly, ensuring that they get the calcium or vitamins that you want them to.

Advice needed - maybe be ill

How often have you been spraying. She looks wet in the photo, but in my old age my eyes are not that good. If you spray through the screen most of our chameleons lick the water from the screen. If she is dehydrated you might want to increase the humidity, at least temporarily.

I would keep an eye on her & offer a variety of feeders. But if you are really worried take her to a vet.

Advice needed - maybe be ill

Chameleons can be picky, and they can go a few days without eating. We have one that would live on super worms and silkworms, he will go days ignoring crickets. You might try other feeders. You also might want to increase the ambient temperature. If she goes long without moving around you might...

    Worried about eggs

If you are really worried you might want to take her to the vet for an x-ray. If she has eggs they should show up. If the eggs are good even the ones that dropped might be fertile. Good luck.

    Getting anxious

I don't know where you live, but our 2 females haves laid over 100 eggs this year & they all hatched. We lost 7 babies, the rest are close to 3 inches. If you are anywhere near Colorado Springs I will sell these little guys for $15. But I really am trying to avoid shipping. Won't cost a paycheck.

Is a bonsai suitable for a panther?

Any type of woody plant can be used as a bonsai. If the plant is not poisonous it should not be a problem. Bonsai is an art form, not a type, or species of tree.
