I bought all my supplies from a reputable chameleon breeder and he said that the basking lamp is fine, he said that I should keep it 5 - 6 cm away from the net so it does not melt. And when I asked him if I should get a thermometer he said I didnt have to get it because the basking lamp will do...
Yeah it is at an angle, is that bad? because the lamp holder i to long for it to be right over it with no angle. Other wise I need to look for some other solution.

Hi, I have an male yemen chameleon which is about 3 and a half months old. He had his first shed about an week ago and he has completed his shedding but there are little peices of skin that hasent come of on his back and a bit on his head.
What can I do to make them go off?
