i would also go with the first one. i would talk with the breeder who you are getting the cham from. see how they are housed and what size enclousure they are kept in.

firstly you don't need dirt(assuming you ment for the bottom). it is a source for batcterail growth. it is best to just put paper towels down at the bottom.
you can make a dripper your self. however you will need vines and or live plants for it to drip on.

i have a pothos w/ a drip catch of a bottom on the bottom of the pot. but it gets so much water under the dripper it just can't dry out enough.
so i put the other plant under there. i mean i need something on that side so he can get down and what not. he likes to sleep on the dowels sometimes...

from your post there are a few things that need to be changed immediately.
you need a screened enclosure the glass one isn't very good for chams at all.
also the leaves should be all around the enclosure so that she can climb on them.in the wild chams are tree dwellers so in captivity that is...
this happened to my guy just the other day,except he was outside(temps weren't an issue).
i went in to pick him up,and he right away was up and at em. acting fine ever since.
