If the temp is right then sure. Good rays are always a plus for chameleons. I don't know what the humidity is there but thats also something to consider.
Thats so true. I give everyone interested in chameleons this website. I was at petsmart the other day and I saw a poor looking jacksons chameleon. He was on a branch with his mouth open and eyes closed. It was in the same glass enclosure they keep all the amphibians and other small lizards...
If you can't afford an automatic system you can use a cheap hand pump sprayer for misting. They are like $5 at lowes. It makes spraying a little less tedious and i've heard chameleons respond better to a constant mist rather than short bursts.
