I woudlnt let him do that again, looks very dangerous, temperature wise you obviously only have to measure at the closest point he can get to the lamp

How are you addressing ventialtion? Exo terra glass enclosures dont have adequate ventilation.

Thanks, hes approx 4-5 months. I think it looks natural as well because it was lit by sunlight when I took the photo, just before I leave for work the cage gets a few mins of sunlight in the morning which he seems to follow around the cage before it disapears.

Mine was doing that exact thing for a little while, I was at the point where I was about to remove the plant, had read its not good for them too eat too much pothos. He seems to have stopped doing it now though

Is this for an exo-terra Faunarium? If so they have the vents along the top which would mean it woudnt need to penetrate anything if the tube was across the top
