Charlie is free to a very good home. He comes with a small supply of hornworms, silkworms and superworms.
Charlie is missing a few claws, so is a tad on the clumsy side.
If you would like to purchase his new cage with him, it is $110. It is a diycages.com cage, 2 x 2 x 4'.

I think I have an idea what happened to his claws. I was looking at pics from when I got him and he was kept on reptile carpet. He could have got claws stuck in there couldn't he?
I do have a reptile vet already, so I can take him in if I need to. Upon closer examination he is missing some nails from every foot, so I can see why he can't grip very well. I am assuming alot of this has to do with living in a small tank for 1.5 years. *shakes head*
His limbs appear to be...
What would be the purpose of the gutter guard or garden fence? To make the floor higher?
I do have quite a few vines in there, different brand though. I will be adding more for sure, plus more real branches as well, just have to go out and branch hunt. I am also awaiting some silk worms, I...
Thanks for the reply.
I had a closer look at his feet, and I actually saw two veiled chams at a pet store last night so I was able to compare. He is definitely missing some claws, and the ones he does have are much shorter than the ones I saw at the pet store. I will have to redo this whole...

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to add my input to it instead of starting a new thread. I just purchased a cage from diycages.com, and I too have found the screen ridiculously easy to rip. I was attaching branches with bonzai tree wire, and just the weight of attaching one end of...
He is a veiled chameleon. Thanks for the comments! I love having him so far! I have a new cage and lights coming on Monday and I can't wait to get him set up properly!
Would anyone have the email address or phone number for Diy cages? I tried the number on their website, but it was a totally different company, and the toll free number doesn't seem to work either. There is no email address on their web site and I need to contact them about an order.
EDIT...
I witnessed Charlie snag a superworm out of a dish this morning, I think that is a good sign that he is settling in? His colour is very dark though, is this a sign of stress? I know that with snakes you usually wait for a couple of weeks before handling to let them settle in, is it the same with...
But that doesn't give out heat right? I would still need the incandescent for heat? Is the 6500k light something from a pet store or more from a hardware store?
