Right now I'm using a couple of feeder cups to make sure he's getting food along with a couple of drippers, mister & hand misting to make sure he's hydrated. Thanks for the reply!

Is there a way to get it without a vet, because i'm pretty sure my cham has a uri. but don't have the money for a vet visit, or a vet for that matter. Or some eye meds to try and help that first?
