The humidity of the room he is in is 40 and he has a mesh cage. How many times should he be misted per day and how long should each mist be? Also he is a nosy be panther

I'll test it soon and get back to you guys thanks! It is probably dry because it is a sealed off room with marble floors, with 0 wetness other than in his cage.

I was looking at my panther cham's back and noticed this . What could that be and is he ok? Look near the back of his back to see what I am talking about.

My cham will eat free ranged crickets, but I can't give them to him. Every time I try to drop one in he just runs to get it from my hand. Should I encourage this or do you guys have any ideas? :D or :( ? Plus he is just a baby boy panther chameleon.
