It's been a while since I have been here, but there weren't too many people on here that bred Quads. Ponder, Pamnsam94 and Laurie are few that would be able to help.
I've had babies that I thought were males that turned out female and also the other way around. But I was judging by the nubs...
I second the Benjamin ficus. Bought one when I got my first Cham and cloned it to get more. I have a nice 5-6 foot one that I would like to build a cage around.
My avatar picture is of my Montium on a Benjamin ficus.

Humidity is largely affected by how well planted your setup is. Do you have any pictures? Also is the cage screen on all sides? Covering a couple of sides will help keep up the humidity as well.

In my outdoor enclosure, I had a similar idea, I spiraled 1/4 soaker hose which provides a good "rain". Problem in my case was I used too much hose in one and too little in the other. My cham in the heavy rain setup usually drops to the bottom of the cage. I switched back to a 2 gph mister...
This is a little late. Did you ever redesign your enclosure? Do you still own the Montium? What does your cage look like? Pictures?
I have had quite a few montiums over the years. Mike were always kept out doors in Southern California. You live in Washington, are yours indoor or out?

His sister Koala, is great at blending in, so no pictures of her yet (I cant seem to find her LOL)

did I hear correctly, this is your first Quad egg incubation!? At least I know you are able to raise them, after all you helped me get through it. Glad you are getting this opportunity, congrats on the eggs!
If its the same stuff I bought, it might not work as well the wire mesh. The stuff I got looks round but is actually flat on the inside. My babies refused to climb on it to get off the bottom of the cage because of the awkward shape. Of course, my own experience.
I had tge same problem finding their mother when i still had her. The females are very good at blending in. You sometimes have to look for certain body parts such as toes, eyes or a tail just to locate them hiding behind a vine. I had that male eating out of a cup for me. Your female was...
first up is Army, my niece Maya thought of the first thing that came to her mind. So here's Army, my 9 month old male.
Then there is Koala, my 9 month old female. My other niece Ally named her. Im pretty sure she was learning the letter K at school to come up with this one. I kind of...
