Are water conditions really needed? I often read and hear conflicting information about this, some say you don't need it for reptiles when misting and drinking, some say you do need it as nitrates in tap water is harmful.
So are products like reptisafe water conditioner really needed are is...

A friend called me today to say she recently bought a baby herman's tortoise and now decided she no longer wants it and asked if I would take it instead and adopt it from her.

After loosing my beloved 6 and a half Panther Chameleon yesterday from old age, I've had the most ignorant and insensitive comments from some of my own family members :(
My grandmother has never liked reptiles and thinks I'm weird for liking them (I don't care btw lol) and told her today over...

How long can chams do without UVB before causing issues? My panthers strip light decided to blow this afternoon and won't be able to get a replacement until Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Will he be ok?

Well it's my panther Cham, Sebastian hatch day today. A big boy at 1 year old :D
He's the sweetest Cham ever, never bit me or hisses, loves coming out of his cage.
Most of my friends have subscribed to this. Is anyone here a member and is it worth signing up for? I know in the UK its only £6 a month and you also get 1 month free and can cancel at any time.
Watching random cham videos and this is what I came across, feel really bad for this cham and the awful set up. It has some kind of dirt at the bottom, hardly no plants and looks like no lights but what I can see :(
