    Minor injury

Today while my chameleon was out getting some sun, he got his stuck between two branches. When I got him out I noticed he had scraped some skin off of his veil. Not a big scratch at all. Is there anything I need to put on it or should I let it heal naturally?

    Not Eating

For the last several days my 1 year old male veiled chameleon hasn't been eating many crickets. I offer him 5-7 large crix everyday. I have been cup feeding him for the last 6 months and he seems to like it, so usually when I come home and things haven't changed I let them go in the cage to see...

    OMG you wont believe!!

So just a few minutes ago I witnessed Donnie (my 7 month old veiled) down in his plant eating something. I thought it may be a leaf off the schefflera or may be a cricket...but no, he was eating his own poo!! WTF?! Has anyone else ever heard of or seen such a thing?

    Meet my veiled!

I did all the same things. I was on here day and night reading posts to make sure I was doing everything I could for my little guy. Any noise I didn't recognize I ran over to the cage to see what was going on. Now that I have one, I'm already looking to get my second chameleon. So beware...

    Enclosure Input

You may also want to put some rocks in the bottom of the plants so any failed attempts at crickets wont end up with a mouth full of dirt and become impacted. But other then that and what others mentioned it looks really good. Your chameleon should be very happy. :)
