i have a 18x18x36. It seems as if there is an "ordor" on the bottom of the cage now and then. I keep it clean all the time and make sure the water is drained away. any suggestions?

I have have two 26w Reptisuns in a dual exo terra hood & Exo terra 18x18x24. No heat lamp. since its glass. It would too hot with a heat lamp.
