Posting a pic of the tail base is what we need to properly sex a panther chameleon :) As for the enclosure, it all depends on where bouts you are living and how well you can manage the temperature and humidity.

Hmm, well it seems I adjusted the cup ( Made it smaller) and he still seems to be disinterested in the crickets. We'll see how it goes, hopefully hes just not used to his environment. I always panic with these little guys on the slightest issue.

I've done some research into Importing into canada and it seems we literally have to do nothing when it comes to reptiles, I.E Chameleons. If only I could find someone willing to export! :P
