Looking good. I would suggest more vines/things to climb. My guy would climb the screen, I put more vines in and he doesn't climb the screen anymore. Curious, where does the water drain?
Don't offer him anything else except whatever it is you want to feed him. May take a few days but eventually he'll go at it. That's how I got mine off of primarily crickets to dubia.

REALISTICALLY, chams are never really near the ground. Their ecosystem is high up in the canopy. So some cool cross sections of vines, branches, foliage, with no substrate would be technically the most realistic. So if its a wild chams realistic environment you want then substrate is not apart...
