So I've had Chip for about 2.5 months now. He's about a year old. Not my first chameleon so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing.
Unlike my panther who was always sweet and wanted to come out of the cage, this guy is a total nutcase.
I got him at a reptile expo in early June. The first 2...
I know I've seen this here before. A friend of mine that lives in Seattle is moving to Europe and cannot find anyone to take care of his cham. I would do it myself but I don't have the space/time for it.
I know I've seen a site here before where someone/ some organization will accept chams. I...
I just noticed these weird spots on both of OJ's "elbows" (not sure if that's anatomically correct)
I don't really handle him very often and almost never hold him below me so I haven't noticed these before. One is just a slight yellowish tinge and the other one sort of looks like a gemstone...
I was on a budget and didn't spring for a Mist King when I first got my setup done back in August of last year.
Up until this past week, I've had no issues with the Monsoon.
It's now completely dead, the board is fried. I've resorted to hand misting since then a few times a day. I can really...
He seems to totally love it. The pic of him is his final few minutes in his old 18x18x36, he knew something was going down haha.
He's about 9-10 months old. He's a grump but he seems to actually be getting better at being handled, which I only attempt about once a week.
OJ turned 4 months old today. I don't handle him too often, but this is the first time he's opened his mouth at me. I know he's puffed up, but does he look overweight? He eats everything I throw at him and never looks overweight just chillin in his cage.
I don't see a lot of topics about...
This has got to be the worst top 10 list I've ever clicked on while wasting time at work.

Check out number 7. I wonder if they mean a Labord's.
How many of us would still attempt to keep Panthers if that was true...
I just got my 4 month old male panther an order of 25 hornworms. They were listed as "small" but these guys are at least an inch and a half long. Should I even try feeding them to OJ? Would he maybe choke on them if they're too long? Is cutting them in half a thing that people do? Right now...
This is my first post.
I decided a few months ago that I was finally going to get a cham and this forum has been my primary source for all the info I needed to absorb in order to provide the best care I could. I thank you all for that :)
I bought my first male panther ambilobe from a member...
