If the temp is right then sure. Good rays are always a plus for chameleons. I don't know what the humidity is there but thats also something to consider.

You might want to raise it up by putting it on a stand or something. They generally feel more comfortable if they are higher. Otherwise looks good.

Thats so true. I give everyone interested in chameleons this website. I was at petsmart the other day and I saw a poor looking jacksons chameleon. He was on a branch with his mouth open and eyes closed. It was in the same glass enclosure they keep all the amphibians and other small lizards...

If you can't afford an automatic system you can use a cheap hand pump sprayer for misting. They are like $5 at lowes. It makes spraying a little less tedious and i've heard chameleons respond better to a constant mist rather than short bursts.

I don't necessarily agree with this video either... But i've always wondered if something like this could benefit the chameleon mentally. Confrontation with other animals is part of a chameleons life in the wild. When you cage them up you take that factor away. Yes, it causes stress, but...
