    Bearded Pygmy Chameleon heating

I am in the process of setting up a planted 20 gallon aquarium for a couple bearded pygmy chameleons I am getting in a couple months and was wondering what to use for heating for them. My house is normally 70-72 degrees so I dint think I need much.

Where to buy Pygmy Bearded Leaf Chams

You likely won’t find any. With Tanzania closed the very few people that have them are strictly trading amongst themselves right now. Rumors are flying that TZ will reopen soon but no quotas have been posted yet. Brookesia are readily available still.

Looking for R. brevicaudatus (bearded pygmy leaf cham)

I'm looking for a 1.2 or 1.3 group of brevis. I prefer, and would pay extra for, captive bred individuals.

    Thoughts on underground reptiles

No offense, but it wouldn't really fund your hobbies well, and pygmies can be hard to incubate eggs. Sorry if I seemed negative, I hope you have lots of fun! (y)

    Thoughts on underground reptiles

Hi CJ, I'm interested in Bearded Pygmy Chams because of the ability to house in pairs and trios and the bio active environments. Coming from past experience in Darts and Reefs, both which bio active setups are crucial, I feel as this would be a nice introduction to the chameleon hobby. I'm here...

Any plants chameleons really don't like?

Not for enclosures. I'm searching for chameleons in the wild, and, to save me time, I'm wondering if there are any plants they're unlikely to visit? I'm only here for a few more days and I'm hoping to find a bearded pygmy! Thank you (:

    Pygmy ID

Hi all, Could someone confirm my girl Petunia is a brevi? I had gotten her from a breeder show back in March. Her buddy Jack is most certainly brev, beard & 2 scales are evident. I looked at other leaf species, but I don't think she's duck-billed enough for temp. I question her species because...
