    I love the coat idea…it works!!! Maybe put her in a small cloth bag inside he coat, to keep her from crawling out of the coat?

    At least 40 is better than 80! Best if it could be lower than 40 though…for sure. As she ages, you want to keep the number of eggs lower if you can IMHO. They can even go as low as no eggs with the proper diet restrictions and husbandry…and easily live longer than 6 years too. Glad she laid...

    How to safely move a chameleon in winter

    Be careful with the heat pak if you use one…you want to put it on the side of the box rather than under it so you don’t burn the bottom of the chameleons feet. I always used a hot water bottle and always wrapped it in a towel. BTW, I live in Canada too.
