    Non-stop shedding?

My male, juvenile/ adult veiled chameleon seems to have been shedding constantly since end of January/February. It has not been continuous shed after shed after shed, but more as he hasn't finished all of the way, and he reaches the next shed cycle where he still has skin left over. I looked up...

It's possible that it could be a burn mark. Should I try to put Neosporin on it?

My veiled chameleon (male) has not been eating as much. I usually give him 6 medium sized crickets when I wake up at 6:15am and 6 medium sized crickets when I get home at 3:00 pm. I know that that many crickets sounds like a lot, but I assume now that he is getting older, he won't eat as...

Consumption of a Silk Plant- Veiled

I just witnessed my male, veiled chameleon take a leaf off of a silk plant he has in his cage. The leaf was no bigger than a dime, but I am wondering if he will be okay. I took the fake plant out of the cage, and yes, I am already planning on getting him a real, chameleon safe plant.

How often to feed a 10 month?

My male veiled chameleon is probably around 9 months old now. I got him this past July and he was about 3 months old then. I am just wondering how often I should feed him, and how much to feed him. I've been mainly feeding him crickets with some mealworms occasionally.

    Clawing at Mulch Part 2

So my juvenile veiled chameleon (Male) has been clawing at the corner of his terrarium and mulch and newspaper. I know I am going to get severely criticized because he is in a glass terrarium, but the Exo Terra ones has specific air flow designs to allow proper airflow, as there is an air strip...

    Clawing at the mulch?

He eats his crickets out of a plastic bin. He doesn't go hunting for them. The glass is the Eco terra glass terrarium EXTRA LARGE. It does allow for air to flow in from the bottom and out of the top as it has a screen top.
