Their customer service is awesome like that. It was probaly on purpose. I ordered crickets from them and they arrived smashed. I sent them an email and the next day they sent me a new shipment.

I just put a 2x6 board the was cut to fit right on the aluminum framing on top, then screwed a plant hanger to it through the screen. It works great.

Yea Fedex priority overnight! This is the first time I have had any shipped. They were cold when they arrived 20 min. ago, but both seem healthy. they are warming up. I misted the plants and put crickets in with them. I have see one drink already;)
