yes we did wash them with soap
i haven't seen anything like that on it until we took it out
so my mom could try to make it grow better at her house
they look like teeny tiny little pieces of fuzz
it says you should put rubbing alcohol on them with a cotton swab
so we'll probably do that and then...
we just found some mealybugs on our umbrella plant that we took out of our chameleons cage a couple weeks ago
does anyone know if they are harmful to chameleons?
we are obviously going to be getting rid of them regardless since they eat the plant
and we will also be checking the other plants...
has anyone ever used this...

its very bright and gets pretty hot
it also gives off uva rays
right now we are finding out how far away from the cage we should put it

hmmm thats really interesting
thanks for posting all of the sites about the corytophanes & laemanctus
i figured someone on here would know something about them
where did you get them from?
have you ever had any experience with the chamaeleon cristatus?
i was looking at different chameleon sites last night
and came across this amazing looking chameleon
i was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of it
or if any one has one?
this is the site i found it on:

my boyfriend and i ordered our veiled chameleon from reptile depot
we've had him since august 1st
and hes as healthy as ever!
i would order another chameleon from there
haha
yea i've read about the unconscious emotions
and how things you do and think about happen in your dreams
its just funny how it happens to be about frank almost everynight
and its always far-fetched and bad
one dream...
i was in some house with some friends at night
and the lights went out...
does anybody else dream about their chameleon
i know it sounds dumb
but frank is in my dream almost every single night
and usually bad stuff happens to him
the lights are attached to the walls and 2 of the uvb lights sit on top of the cage
we are having a hard time coming up with a drainage system
we have the liner at the bottom
the reptarium is one foot away from the ceiling
so there isn't very much room to work with here
for the time being
our 2...
hmmm
we haven't had a problem yet with either reptarium we've had
except for my boyfriend was putting on the soft tray liner by himself and one of the sides ripped
but we ended up sewing it back together and then putting hot glue on top of that
and it went on fine after that
definently sounds like a jungle :)
we're probably going to be getting frank an orchid or two for christmas
hopefully we'll be able to squeeze them in somewhere
he hasn't even been to the bottom half of his cage yet
which is fine
i know they like to be up high anyways
i'm assuming once he gets...

we just got ours at the beginning of this month
we fit 2 huge 4 foot schefflera plants in it and one pothos plant
and we're probably going to put in a jade plant once we hang the pothos
we also have one of those gallon milk jugs for feeding crickets
and a few jungle vines
i'm curious to...
