6months old and looking for a cage.

I woke him up to show him to a friend so I figured I snap some photos since his color is usually green throughout the day. Hes from Jims Cowboy at chameleon co.

Mine does that too only when the resevor runs out. after a few mins it starts workn again.

cat got one of my jacksons years ago, some how I forgot to latch a cage one night. He had no chance so I guess make sure you keep you cages shut.

I leave part of the lid open to vent and I guess the lizard saw the crickets and jumped in?

I found one in my cricket keeper that I leave outside so I put it in his cage and not even a second later it was gone. Anything wrong with letting him do that? Here's whats left...

Is there any solution to deal with the small little flies that I get in my cricket keeper, and anything to deal with the smell. I clean it out religiously every 5-7 day.

I went out today and purchased a rubbermaid bin for crickets. I had a cricket keeper that I used to gutload them in but I was sick of picking up crickets every other day so I think this will work better. Where do I get those large egg crate sheets? I do both I try and cup/tray feed but sometimes crickets jump out but my Cham fires up as soon as he sees me put his tray in. He literaly leaps off his pertch to get to that tray.

It's a black bug with a red head that fly around "attached" to eachother.

I live in florida and it is lovebug season and there are thousands of them. If I catch some can I feed these to my 4 month old female ambilobe? She is still pretty small total length about 4.5 inchs.

He's probly fine. Chameleons get dark when they are basking, the darker colors absorb more heat. Sleeping at 5/6 is not really that bad hes either used to it and remeber he is still young. Eventualy he will probly cup feed, but for now also place some in the cage. I would not worry too much just...
