I know in carpet chams the female holds most of the colors and in a veiled is more of the male in panthers is it more female or male?

Does weight have to do with diet also? is their certain food you can give them to make them grow faster? Ive seen some feeders cost alot more than others is that because the nutrition I want cham to be big fat healthy and happy like I am haha any ideas? nutrition and growth?
