I would put the cages next to each other with somthing in between the cages so they can't see each other. If they are siblings I think breeding will be okay if you don't breed the baby's back with them.

The 100 watt is fine if its the right temp at the basking spot but if your Cham climbs the screen under the light he would be burnt more

Black and white poop is good it means he is hydrated. If its yellow or orange means he's dehydrated.
