    Tongue Trauma

First time at this vet because my other vet was not in today & I didn't think it was a good idea to wait another day. They were recommended. I'll know more about how she is in the morning. Thanks for asking

    Tongue Trauma

That's a great read, thanks, but as far as tongue issues go,it talks about the supplementation issues. This happened all of a sudden while I wasn't around to even see what happened. Hit her tongue, missed her prey, maybe hit or got stuck on something. I don't know but it never happened before &...

    Tongue Trauma

I got home last night & found my female JJ with her tongue hanging out of her mouth, too swollen to retract it. I kept it moist & without improvement made the vet appointment. They proceeded to sedate her to try & put her tongue back but she looks really out of it. She is resting now & I am...

You are so smart you sold me a gravid jj female for extra cost & was never gravid. If she was she wouldn't have let my male mate with her. You think you know everything but you don't.

Nice looking chams. Thanks for posting those pics. I've never chanced temps that low with mine. Is that something you got them used to over time or do they naturally have that much tolerance?

Sometimes it takes a few days before they start eating the flies. Those yolk sacs are really filling for them.

Respitory infection in brand new female. Trying reptaid.

I am certain that no member , especially a site sponsor, would knowingly ship a chameleon that was ill. I am more willing to believe she was exposed to less than adequate temps during the shipping process. Prolonged cold on a plane or truck , even with a heat pack could have triggered an RI. We...

what kind of panther chameleon is this? thoughts please

Definately ambilobe. Just not sure if it is a pure ambilobe. The pics need to be more clear to see the coloration of the bars. Could be crossed if you don't know the lineage.

    Baby Mt Meru's

Congratulations Chamkeeper! Old school is the best way IMO. Not too many choices but the FF & pins. I've used an occasional small waxworm for a treat after they grow a little bit & nymph superworms also.
