Hangin out with some of the breeders in my area I've seen plenty of gravid females in the last few months and I'd say yea.. She is gravid... Feel around her sides GENTLY And you should be able to feel little lumps
It sounds like an inexperienced vet when it comes to exotics /: If he wasn't sleeping before the meds it would seem the meds caused a disastrous reaction... I would try if your willing, to find another vet more experienced with chams and see if they can rescue him from this spiral

You should leave him alone... It's tough love time from me... You are obviously causing stress.. Chams don't move at our pace they move at theirs and extended stress leads to shortened life... Just let him be and move slowly toward acclimation towards your hand..
Lets just say I killed 90% of my first go with silkies just because there was a little more moisture than was needed... If they live they live... But definitely take out the dead ones as it's not the liquid they release but the decomposition that attracts bacteria and mold which will kill ALL of...
