oh i asked that question because i just woke up and checked the temp and its at 70 ish. im just worrired as usual cuz it will only get colder as fall and winter come

how would i maintain a good night temp with out any lights ?

i have a zoo med stick up on that came with the cage and another round thermometer they both read 80ish cant be exact but i know its not warmer than 82-83 at max. during the day the temp is good but at night it gets a little cold here.

so i just read the raisingkitty piece about keeping a female veiled. so from i understand i dont need a basking lamp just keep temp at 80 and uvb light? it is bad to have a basking light? because i have one now and temp is 80

ok now im a bit worried. how old does she have to be to produce eggs? well when the time comes i know you all will help me thank you everybody on the forum

i seriously just assumed it was a male because i called lllreptiles and told them i wanted a male, but know i think its a female i dont see no bump or maybe im just not sure cuz im a new cham owner

ive been waiting since sat when i got my cage. suppose to do over night of the veiled but no mail sunday so first thing monday i thought but noooo over night started that monday afternoon soo ive been waiting since saturday. the time is near only an Hour or soo!

i seriously cant wait for my new veiled to come in today. i just checked my e mail and fed ex says it should arrive by 1030 which is in like 2 hours. i will post pics as soon as he gets here after my excitement has calmed down
