Yeah, it's clear the seller took very good care of them. They are all eating and drinking and they have good body weight.
If anyone is interested, they have at least a pair of each available. I can provide contact info if you send me a PM.
Well, both pairs arrived today and I am speechless. These are awesome!!! And, as a bonus, it looks like both females might be gravid!
The male montium, in particular, is absolutely stunning. I couldn't get a shot of the female pfefferi, but I'll post glamour shots when they settle in...
How about this?
(Lady friend) What do they eat?
(You) Oh, crickets, grasshoppers (trail off into a mumble).
(Lady friend) So they eat bugs?
(You) Yeah, they're kind of like birds, but much cleaner, and no feathers to clean up.
(Lady friend) Do the bugs ever get out?
(You)...
I have a pair of pfefferi and a pair of montium arriving tomorrow. The seller still has a pair of pfefferi and a couple of pairs of montium left. If you are interested, send me a PM and I can give you the seller's contact info.
I'll post pictures when they arrive.
You need a woman who isn't a wimp, who has enough "buggyness" to know the difference between a roach and a beetle, and who likes your chameleons, food and all. But, unless you're the type of guy who farts on the first date and laughs about it, why tell a woman about the roaches before she...
They do, but I seem to have problems keeping the brown crickets alive for more than a few days. I know it's probably something I'm doing wrong, but the banded crickets seem to be hardier.
I have pretty much switched to banded crickets after having so many losses with the field crickets. When I order 500 of a particular size, they last about two to three weeks, assuming few losses. With the field crickets, I was losing at least 25% of each order and very few survived more than...
The seller has T. montium for sale too. So I picked up a pair of them as well. I believe they still have one pair of pfefferi and two pairs of montium if anyone is interested. Send me a PM and I'll give you the seller's contact info.
Here are photos of the pfefferi I picked out.
Other wonders of the English language -
More than one mouse are called mice, not mouses, and more than one louse are called lice, but more than one house aren't called hice.
I'm looking for a pair of the following, in the order listed, but would also be interested in juveniles or individuals. I only plan to get one species at this time, and this is the short list:
T. pfefferi
T. montium
T. perreti
T. serratus
T. quadricornis
I'll pay extra for CB...
