I have two exo terra fogger's for my Jackson's, they work well. It's set up on one side with the hose at the top so the fog goes down through the cage :)

I don't see why not. I don't feed roaches. I'm in FL and Dubia's aren't allowed so I can never get them. There are plenty of food items you can use besides roaches :)

Congrats on your new friend. I love my Jackson's the most! There's a video floating around showing the perfect enclosure set up for these guys, it's really helpful. Let me see if I can locate it, or someone else may chime in with it :)
