What else would be good to feed then for balance? Do I alternate between different foods or give a little of different things each day? I know kale & Spring greens are also good.

Does anyone know if that's ok for chameleons. They are high in calcium. Also what about nettles?

Thanks I will try to get a pic next time I see them. I thinki have seen something crawling in the miss before so hopefully they are just part of the Eco system. Just so paranoid now!

Why low in phosphorus? Are kale & Spring greens low in phosphorus do you know?

Thanks Andee, I do dust the insects of course, it was just the vet told me to dust the food as well but I think if I go with kale & Spring greens I shouldn't need to do that!
