no not really ..if im not close to him , he is calm and just normal...but when i approach him he is much more aggresive than normal...in his cage he doesnt react that way ,,,
i know that unfiltered sunlight can effect a reptiles behavior...but how about just being in a window with no unfiltered sunlight....i had my oustalets in his ficus tree in a closed window area and he is being very different..his color is awesome and he is trying to bite and hissing like crazy ...
i have two pygmys , one male and one female..i have them in a terrarium that is 24 inches tall. i have a heavly planted bottom and then sticks and twigs towards the top to fill the dead space...ive notice that they tend to spend alot of time at the very top..is this normal...its odd to me
Thanks sandra and brad for your input...yeah these were the 14 dollars ones..i just didnt think that were that small...but none the less they look great...i also thought about buying a bunch ..but due to budget i decided to start wit two.....i will take in consideration your input...thanks again
i got them from kingsnake classifieds...the photo is very misleading but i dont mind i just wish i wouldnt have wasted time on the bigger cage..and have been more prepared....they are awesome lookin and very animated..and bite ..alot:o the room temp now is 64...and during the day hoovers...
