im using a digital one .....i also have the heat vent near his cage closed off.....our humidistat on our heater is broken so the process of getting that fixed is soon to never.... his humidity goes up but drops in 1-2 hours
ya a big enough cham will defintely eat other lizards,frogs, almost anything that moves and will fit in its mouth..... not to mention your mini rainforst you are trying to set up sounds cool and everything but its not for chameleons..... good luck
hes small prehaps the size of a lighter(without the tail) and gets fed daily maybe missing a day or two a week.....but according to the pet store hes almost 6 months he must have some bad genes lol
i have a small baby veiled that i was misting 2-3x a day for 30 seconds.....well for the past three weeks ive upped my misting to 1-5 minutes 2-4x a day he shedded most everything off....he still has a patch on his head and patches on his upper sides for the past three weeks....my humidity stays...
