Mika how on earth do you manage to remove their poos? lol
I keep a min of 50 extr large locusts in my viv. I once had 500 and it was impossible to remove their poops lol
If you can put the food in dishes as if left on the floor it can become disgusting?

My Yemen's crest is pale in colour compared to the rest of it's body. Is this normal or a health problem?
The only reason i ask is that on all the pictures I've seen of others people's Yemen's, I have noticed that their crests are of the same colouration as to the their bodies.

I have success in keeping them in a small viv with a low watt heat bulb although this is not used on hot days. I tend to feed them bits of greens left over from sorting out the veg for my rabbits. i also give plenty of green hey (oxbow) and cut up carrotts, apples etc.

Has anyone tried feeding their chams fruit beetle grubs (PACHNODA). I got some last week, I have only giving one but that was an experince as they are nasty big things to handle but my cham seemed to enjoy it.

Hi, is that Lee Warren's Panthers where you got your from? if so then i will have to check him out as he has his at a faire price. The one's i have been looking at are on Gatwick Reptiles, he seems to have some very nice range of Panthers, I esp like the sirama, Joffraville and Ankify in which...
Some day soon I want to have a Panther but I have little clue in what varity to have. Any suggestions of which type to go for?
There is a guy in the uk waiting on eggs to hatch at the moment. He will have ambilobe, picasso, joffraville, sirama, and nose fally all ready to hatch. I have...
I have just ordered some fruit beetle grubs so it will be interesting to see how they go down. I also use wax warms but allow them to turn into moths before feeding.I've also tried roaches but not sure if these are a massive hit.
As you living in the uk check out Mantis World Exotics on ebay...
I have no plans n doing this myself. It's just that i felt very uncomfortable when the guy mentioned that he keeps more than one together and thinks it's ok.
The forum is Reptiles Furm UK and the thread is http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/lizards/143480-show-off-your-cham-10.html

I've been in chatting to this guy on another forum who suggets that it is ok to keep more than one Yemen together provided you care for them and provide enough space. I just wondered what everyones thoughts were on this?
How big would enough space be?

The viv is for a Yemen.
It may not look it but there are eight air vents plus a 10 inch mesh hole for the basking light.
If I could findsomeone who could make mesh doors then i would change the glass.

My Yemen's diet consists of Locusts, crix, meal worms and blue bottles (raised from pure maggots I got from a tackle shop and I also gut fed them), and silk worm moths.
Still looking to increase his diet.
