    MBD not doing well

I just posted a couple . I just don’t know how I could be doing THAT badly. My last cham was fine. She passed due to being egg bound which the vet said hapoens sometimes and other than that she was perfectly fine

    MBD not doing well

Okay so weeks ago I took chameleon in for a swollen eye. They gave me antibiotic and told me to try to put eye wash in it until it cleared. She also said it’s common for reptiles with MBD to have them. So I upped my game. Got a humidifier to keep the humidity up. My lights worked for my last...

    Paranoid cham owner

He looks healthy. I just think he’s stressed. It’s very easy for them to get stressed out. Or he could be about to shed. They eat less around then as well

    Hasn’t shed yet

I think that’s an amazing idea!

    Hasn’t shed yet

It wasn’t long after I posted that she shed! I moved her to a more quiet area of the house and instead of turning off the light at inconsistent hours (I work nights, and evenings!) I’ve made it a priority to remain consistent and ask my family for help doing this. Lights off a seven. Lights on...

    Hasn’t shed yet

My female veiled chameleon who is roughly seven months (and we’ve had her for three) has not shed since we got her and I’m very worried. My friend got the male that was with her and he’s roughly a month older and has shed at least three times. There isn’t really any difference to how their being...

Is my panther a male or female?

Try to give him time and space to adjust. It’s all new and scary. I know veiled chams don’t eat much when they’re stressed.

Is my panther a male or female?

I don’t know much about panther chams so someone else will have to chime in. He looks like he’s doing okay if he’s fine on your hand . Didn’t realize you could fed ex a live creature lol. How have you tried feeding him/her?

    Hiccups?

Kida is my first reptile too! Time flies doesn’t it? How much has he/she grown in that time? I’ve always been around bearded dragons, but I was not prepared for all of the unknowns with chameleons. It’s so hard to find what’s best for them. I’m so grateful for this site and the people on it!

    Hiccups?

I definitely agree! It’s like having a first born. Overcautious about everything! Which isn’t a bad thing!

    Hiccups?

    Thank you! I appreciate it!

    Hiccups?

I think you are completely correct. I just always fear the worst. It was just right before lights went out for her. Thank you so much! It definitely makes sense, especially how she kind of got closer to me like she does when she sleeps!

    Hiccups?

I’m kind of a first time parent so everything worries me

    Hiccups?

I have a female veiled chameleon roughly 7 months old. I was handling her today and when instead of adventuring she hugged close to my arm. Like she does a branch. She also made what seemed like hiccups. She did not open her mouth and there was no pattern to it. You could feel her body move as...
