Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you know if a veiled chameleon can eat watermelon? I have looked everywhere but cannot find any straight forward answers. I know that some species of chameleon eats fruit but am not exactly sure if mine can or rather will.

They will eat wax worms but not so often as they will a gut loaded cricket or mill worm so it could have had something to do with that.

Try getting a heat bulb with a smaller wattage, that worked for me.

They puff up to break out of their old skin when they are about to shed.
