Can chameleons eat watermelon?

Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you know if a veiled chameleon can eat watermelon? I have looked everywhere but cannot find any straight forward answers. I know that some species of chameleon eats fruit but am not exactly sure if mine can or rather will.

Yes! I have a male veiled and he loves Watermelon! Just make sure to pick out any seeds beforehand and then let them enjoy!

I haven't tried giving watermelon yet, but can't think of a better source of hydration!
