Im using a rather large reptarium and the mesh is thicker than the normal screen cage. and i really want these new arcadia bulbs to brighten things up. so would the 12% be right for me considering the thicker screen? and this would be replacing the normal uvb bulb correct?

I think so. Iv noticed that when I put a couple of crickets in at a time he seeMs to eat more than if I just throw in a bunch at one time he seems almost over whelmed if I their a bunch in at once. Maybe its just me.

18X18x18 seems like a small cage for a sub adult veild. I would suggest getting a larger cage for him soon, such as a 24x24x48. As for the fake tree part, I would make sure he is staying hydrated. Basking bulb is good, not a fan of the compact fluorescent bulbs personally. And if he falls asleep...

well my girlfriend made the mistake of telling me if i did something today i could get some dubia roaches! lol ( she didnt think i would do it thats why she said it) but i did and now im getting dubia roaches!! and im very excited because i hate crickets! :D
