Hi all When using a humidifier should purified water be used? I use purified water to mist my cham... I think my cham needs more humidity and I read a humidifier could work...

So I am new to the whole Chameleon thing... My little guy is 2 months old, we have set him up in a great screen cage and with the works.... I was just wondering when do they start eating worms, they seem much bigger then his little mouth...? Any advise would be great.... Thanks
