How long does it go out for? You can likely get a fairly decent UPS (Un-interrupted Power Supply) and use that incase the power goes out. They'll typically last 1-4 hours for cheaper models, and just go up from there.

You should be able to get them hatched, transportation is going to take a toll on your success rate though.

It's him. I'm confused about how going to the HAMM shows gets him access to a lot of neat panthers. CITES still applies. So unless he just goes there to chat with them, it wouldn't really do too much.

Reptiglos are fine. You just need to get buddy buddy with a member in CA that has a UVB meter to test your bulbs monthly after 6 months. :D
