i just flick them off, and hose out the bottom of the enclosure. i suppose if you have yours indoor you could flick them off and wipe out, or vacuum them out.
I'd have to agree with Video Master, warm water is usually much more tolerable. If you're using a spray bottle just fill it up with hot water. When you spray the water it atomizes and is luke warm. Just spray your arm first to make sure the water isn't hot.
You could take him to a vet for x-rays I suppose. But if he's acting and moving normal, with same use of his limbs and feet, he's probably ok. I hope at least.
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this? When I feed my panthers hornworms, regardless of the size of the worm, they don't shoot their tongues. Instead they just walk over and bite the worm, and shake their heads and chomp it down. Much like a bearded dragon eating a hornworm.
Blue bottle flies (pupae) will get you threw a week, they hatch over a period of several days. Not sure about two weeks that might be pushing it. Hopefully some one can chime in about that.

Yeah, the pics don't really do it justice though. I've got a friend in town where I live that has been breading these guys for a while now. He also has a shop here in town, it's called Covet Exotic Emporium.
