I was installing the monsoon into my veileds cage. i looked where he was and he was up in the back corner of the cage, i turned around to grab the hosing and attached it to the monsoon. I went to close the door and he was midway through climbing out. He immediately turned spotted like a leopard...

Mine didnt look as bad as yours does, although yours is shedding, mine hasnt even shed yet and ive had him for a month. he just isnt a grower i guess, anyways, i just took the advice from people on here, and i have a background in reptiles, ive grown up with them so i know how to deal with sick...

i got my little guy from the same place, they said he would be 2.5 months old, so i had a whole cage set up for when he got there, expecting him to be bigger. But i got a 2 week old instead...i had to scramble to set something up, and had to go out and spend more money that i didnt really have...

I've got a 65 gallon screen cage in my garage waiting :D but I'm leaving the doors open during the day for ventilation. It stays at like 84 in the basking zone. And what do you think about the UVB, just the tube up top is good? It's about 14 inches from mid cage.

I've got a bunch more plants to toss in, but do you think I can just leave him in that until he out grows it?

the tube rays go through a screen top, and the one in the front doesnt either because im leaving the doors open to the cage.

well, my apologies, the system crapped out after an hour and now its just a dribble, so i went and bought the 330 gph one and it works so much better.
