I would say she is not well hydrated and dropping mucous thicker than urine or other semi-liquid waste. The mess in the pic is too small to be a result of any eggs.

Never heard of that, if it does not say a percentage then its too strong, i have literally seen iguanas burn to death under uv thats too strong. Get a zoomed 5.0 repti-sun or an exo-terra 5.0 uvb
I doubt the glove in the cage will help. When a chameleon sees something coming to it, it will run away - even if its used to the object. You will just need to pick him up by hand, sorry i also dont handle mine. I like to enjoy them by watching not touching:D
Yes sure, my brother breeds tarantulas so he has lots of peat. I use the peat because it hold moisture for long and holds a firm tunnel. I have used sand and soil but i prefer the peat. i use a 5 little tub filled with peat and place it with her in the cage, i also put a pile of stones infront...
