I use this! Its good, but after you pump and spray you HAVE to unscrew the lid to release the pressure. Otherwise after about 5 min water starts pouring out the top!
JANNB is right!
You really should listen to JannB...I have a nasty little Veiled Cham as well. I have been following her advice for about a month now and my Cham is slowly becoming more friendly. I started off like she said, by putting a plant outside his cage and left his cage door open. He...
I would advice giving him lots of privacy. When I first got my baby Veiled he would not eat in front of me. It just takes some time for them to settle into a new home. Also make sure his lights/temps are all correct...if you're not sure then fill out the "how to ask for help" form...

I went into a pet store inside a mall yesterday and was shocked. The reptiles were so poorly kept it was very upsetting. They had a bunch of different types of frogs being kept in tiny fish bowls without water dishes or hides...just dirt. There was one frog in particular that got my...
It sounds like you only have 2 options here.
1. Leave the animal to die because you can not afford a vet.
2. Take a risk and ship it to someone who with take it to a vet and try to save it for you.
If you care about your pet then you will do the right thing...
I take it your girl has not been mated, so the eggs are not fertile. You should probably just discard the eggs before they rot. This is a good time to give your beardie a pinky mouse to help her regain the calcium she has lost. Also be sure to feed her extra crickets with calcium plus d3.
My Larry
My first Beardie was also a rescue. Mine came in a 10 gallon tank (keep in mind this is a full grown male.) He could barely turn around and had no UVB. His tail is permanently kinked from the small cage but he is such a sweet heart. I've had him for a year now, and had him checked...
schedule
I have found a good supplement schedule for a baby veiled is
Week 1: Calcium without D3 6 days a week, and then Calcium with D3 on Sunday
Week 2: Calcium without D3 6 days a week, and then Multivitamins on Sunday
Repeat. This schedule works for me, but you should take into...

Thanks for the complements on my Chams cage (I just put it together on Friday) :D
This seems like a interesting debate. On another equally reputable forum I am being told it should never be used...and here Im being told its okay. I am in the process of googling...
After killing 3 plants I decided to buy a plant growing light at the local hydroponics store. The new plants are thriving under the light but I heard that this light could be harmful for my Cham. I live in Canada so rotating trees indoors/outdoors is not really an option, its way too cold...
Beside my 11 week old Veiled's cage is a ficus tree that I use as a mini free range. The idea was to leave his cage open sometimes and let him go in and out of his cage to the tree at his own free will. I had hoped it would make him less shy. Well...the result is that every time i make him...
