It take at least 24 hours for the chlorine to work its way out of the water and most would leave it for 48 hours to make sure that the chlorine is out.

Wow so that was long 8 pages. Only time will tell if these chameleons in these different forms survive. you may or may not like them if you dont like the dont buy them if you do just know that they are reletivly new and may or may not have issues. personally i havent heard enough on either side...

What is the best gutload for gutloading crickets for pygmy Chameleons?one i was looking at was at cricketfood.com the other was at lllreptile.com.Thank you for any replies.

like your setup is that the 18x18x24 if so it is the same a the one i have. the light i was refering to is a uva/uvb light it is for plants though so i didnt know if the uva/uvb would be to high for the pygmys and not sure is they put off any uvc.

a growlight as in the type of light used in the growing of plants.

Eh so i was wandering if it would be ok if i were to put a growlight in my pygmy cage or if it would put any thing harmful off to the pygmys? also was wandering if I should go with a reptiglo or reptisun for the main light? Is the reptisun that much better that it cost twice as much?

i took a closer look at the substrate and it looks like the long fibers are moss that is mixed in with the other.

just about like coffee grounds but it does have a lot of longer fibers too.

No its cocanut fiber.its just really fine.
