Waiting's always tough, I waited about 3 months after I decided I wanted a chameleon before I got my baby. I was about to crawl out of my skin by the time he showed up! :D
What species are you getting?
Thanks Sandra! Makes me feel MUCH better. :D Didn't really think about it, but you're right... I'd imagine their stomaches would have to have some strong strong linings to contend with some of the rough things they'd occasionally devour in nature.
First time I've seen my chameleon do this... so bear with me if it sounds like a silly question. I just went to feed my 4.5 mo old ambilobe panther a small superworm off my hand, when he shot it with his tongue, he just retracted back in his mouth without chewing at all!
I was like uh...
Dubia roaches can take a good while to get a colony going, but once you do, they are easily sustainable & great for your chameleon. You want to feed them a good gutload before you feed to your chameleon. They say a heat pad promotes breeding, although at them moment, they're on my porch...
My little guy is about 4 mo's old & is already really pissy too. :D I've tried hand feeding him crickets before, but he would still always puff, hiss & at least look as though he would try to bite me. Guess the crickets weren't appealing enough for him.... Yesterday I put a small superworm on...
When I go from being pretty horrible to a decent player, we should hit up some games online!!
Maybe we could start a Chameleon Starcraft Clan?!?!
(I think that's the nerdiest thing I've ever said in my life... :p )
If I'm correct, I believe you're more or less purchasing the "right" to play the game & not so much the game itself. You should be able to download the game online, if your PC dies, or if you lose the software or whatever. As long as you have your handy dandy login, you can really play...
I used to be like that with Dawn of War.... orks & elves with machine guns & lazer beams!!! I have to say, I like Dawn of War's lore MUCH better than Starcraft's being that DoW is based on Warhammer 40k.
Although, I think I'm really starting to dig Starcraft's gameplay more, the more I...
They make me motion sick! I'll literally have to hurl if I play halo too long! :p Luckily, real time strategies don't have that effect on me! lol!
I'm having a whole lot of fun with Starcraft 2's campaign at the moment. They really put a ton of work towards the cut scenes & details...
Any other chameleon keepers out there real time strategy players? I picked up Starcraft 2 last week & it's pretty amazing. I actually come from a Dawn of War background. Never played the original Starcraft a whole lot. Having much fun with #2 though.
They worked on it a really long...
