but I'm not sure it is a female. I did have such a male which I needed 3 years before I was sure he was a male. Untill that time all males accepted him and addempted to breed but that he never excepted.

As far as I know only Chamaeleo senegalensis live in Ghana. gracefuls (Chamaeleo gracilis) don't live their.
Normally the males from senegalensis can have a well developed hemipenis.

It is really hard to tell if she is pregnant or not. She indeed looks very healthy and round. But that doesn't really mean she is pregnant. I would only suggest to seperate them now as pregnancy can be dangerous at this age. I always try to wait until 9 months...

@Luis do you have them housed together? At the final stage of pregnancy it may help to seperate the female to minimize the stress from the females.
