Well, it could quite possibly be a burn. Here is a veiled female who has been burned in a small spot on the side of her abdomen. Sorry if the picture is blurry.
Yeah the main problem I am trying to combat is the fact that my cham knocks the cup over to get the the roaches instead of just going through the top o_O and then of course the cup falls to the ground and the roaches escape in the cage and find a way to escape the cage. Plus, I have paper towels...
I have seen it before where people make feeder cups out of recycled material. I might try this to keep the roaches from escaping and to help my cham see her food better. Does anyone have any good suggestions/videos/instructions?
Well keep an eye on it and give us updates if anything changes. If you suspect he might be sick or something, you probably want to go to the vet and get a checkup.
What time of the day was this? It looks like he is struggling a bit, or like it's uncomfortable. It almost looks like his sleeping position. I do know that when chameleons are facing something intimidating, they ball up their tails to make themselves look bigger. Can he see his reflection...

They aren't really okay for anybody, not just @Remkon. I will just provide a second opinion if you doubt Remkon's (not sure why tho). Yes, red lights are not good for your cham. They can screw up their eyes (you will never see red rays of light in the wild) and regular incandescent bulbs are...
In this show that the kids I sometimes look after watch, called the Lion Guard (Disney), there is a chameleon whose name happens to be Kinyonga! I thought it was awesome since @kinyonga knows so much about chameleons. Here is the link to Kinyonga the Chameleon's character bio:

It is most definitely a facility issue. I checked their website and their stuff is all on backorder. I have also been shipping things with USPS, and there have been no abnormal issues.
Could you fill out this form and post a better picture of his head a body?

Thank you for the disclaimer. I just went to their website and on the advertisement for their dubias, it said (in small print) that the usual size of roaches is on backorder. Seems like a lot are on backorder . . .
